Olios Health is a physician-owned, medical practice management company that provides physicians and healthcare organizations with comprehensive business support, management and marketing services, billing and collections solutions, and surgery center and real estate development. We also offer practice development, physician office staffing, IT support and medical practice consulting.

Olios Health provides independent physicians and physician groups with comprehensive business support over the many phases of their practices’ growth, development and success. Olios Health improves physicians’ professional lives by relieving them of the complexities and frustrations of the business aspects of medicine, and maximizing the efficiency and competitiveness of each practice.
Our Executive Team
Clayton A. Varga, MD, MHSM
CEO
Dr. Varga received his Doctor of Medicine from USC, and later completed a residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Pain Management at UCLA. Dr. Varga subsequently returned to USC as the Director of Pain Management and became a founding member of the American Academy of Pain Management. In 1990, Dr. Varga moved his practice to Pasadena, and over time this evolved into the Pasadena Rehabilitation Institute.
Matt Talbot
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Talbot has helped grow and manage more than 20 practices and facilities throughout Southern California since teaming up with Olios Health’s CEO Dr. Clayton Varga in 1996. Matt attended the University of California, Irvine and graduated in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences. Upon graduation, Matt joined the Pasadena Rehabilitation Institute (PRI) and has worked throughout the practice in various capacities. In doing so he gained extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of a medical practice and learned how to efficiently and effectively implement new processes.
Damian Dyer
Chief Information Officer
Damian Dyer has more than 20 years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field as a consultant, project manager, network designer, and administrator. Damian attended the California Polytechnic State University, Pomona and graduated in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Psychology. He believes that the primary goals of Information Technology in the healthcare industry are to improve patient care, increase efficiency and safeguard critical data.
Vincent Hsiao
Controller
Vincent Hsiao is an accounting and finance professional and a former Big 4 Audit Manager with over fifteen years of combined experience in public accounting, private sectors as well as advisory roles. His focus and specialties are principally in the healthcare industries, including hospitals, medical groups as well as health plan, complemented with financial services. Vincent Hsiao has received his Economics and Accounting degree from University of California, Irvine, and has been a licensed CPA in the state of California for over fourteen years.
Sandra Schuelke
Director of Business Development
Sandra Schuelke has 13 years experience in healthcare administration. She has spent the last 8 years overseeing the Contracts and Credentialing department for Synovation Medical Group. Sandra obtained her MS degree in Healthcare Management and her BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management at CSULA. Her outside interests include hiking / walking the Southern California coastline, watching movies, spending time with her daughter, and volunteering her time.
Jessica Humble
VP of Surgical Operations
Jessica Humble is the VP of Surgical Operations, overseeing the surgery centers. She began with the company as an RN and has worked in various capacities throughout the surgery centers gaining extensive knowledge of the day to day operations. Jessica has received her masters in nursing and prides herself on ensuring quality patient care to all patients.
